OUR STORY
Who We Are
MBS Building was founded in 2004 by Mark Starkey, a builder who grew up with a deep respect for the craft and a belief that every home deserves to be built properly. That same dedication is at the heart of everything we do.
We're a family-run business based on the Central Coast, and we work exclusively on residential projects — new homes, renovations, and extensions. We're not a volume builder. We take on a limited number of projects each year so every client gets our full attention.
Our team is small, experienced, and tight-knit. Most of our tradespeople have been with us for years. When you hire MBS Building, you get the same faces on site from start to finish — not a rotating crew of subcontractors you've never met.
